Richard has comprehensive property law experience from many years specialising in all aspects of property law.

Richard has been a partner at Brandons since 2004.  He acts for a number of property developers, investors and personal clients.  Richard’s forte is providing down to earth practical legal advice.

His practice includes trust formation and implementing asset protection programmes.  Other aspects are drafting and reviewing all forms of agreements and completing financing, acquisition and divestment transactions.

When not working Richard provides a taxi service ferrying his five boys to and from their numerous activities.
