James has practised at Brandons since 2001 in the fields of property, commercial and trust law.

He primarily acts for individuals, assisting them to buy, sell and refinance property and to protect their assets (for themselves and their families) through the use of trust and company structures.  James helps his clients with wills, powers of attorney and relationship property agreements – to give them peace of mind that their legal affairs are in order.  He has a particular interest in trust law.

James also provides advice on leasing matters, on the Personal Property Securities Act and on the sale and purchase of businesses.

Away from the office, James spends time with his young family, performs magic and collects cookbooks.
