Frank has extensive commercial law experience both as a law firm practitioner and as in-house legal counsel for internationally recognised corporate entities, both here and in the United Kingdom.

His main areas of practice are commercial contracts, business acquisitions and disposals and corporate governance, trusts and banking and property finance work.

Frank also has expertise in insolvency law.  He acts for corporate entities and for private clients.

Outside of work, Frank coaches and referees children’s sport, enjoys music, reading and photography and makes occasional forays to his local gym to try and keep fit. He is married with three school age children.
